1. Reservations

• Reservations can be made via email, phone, or the contact form.

• A reservation is confirmed only after we send you a confirmation email.

• We reserve the right to refuse a reservation for any lawful reason.

 

2. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00 to 21:00

• Check-out: until 11:00

• Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and is subject to availability.

 

3. Payments

• Payment is to be arranged directly with the owner.

• Payment methods: cash, bank transfer or card payment

• Any applicable local taxes are included.

 

4. Cancellations

Cancellation policy:

​Deluxe Room, Deluxe Double Room, Deluxe King Room:

• Cancel up to 5 days before arrival: no fee

• Cancel within 5 days of arrival: 100% of the total reservation cost

• No-show: 100% of the total reservation cost.

Deluxe Studio, Deluxe Family Room:

• Cancel up to 14 days before arrival: no fee

• Cancel within 14 days of arrival: 100% of the total reservation cost

• No-show: 100% of the total reservation cost.

 

5. Guests’ Responsibilities

• Guests must respect the property, other guests, and neighbors.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Parties are not allowed.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

 

6. Liability

• Casa Vittoria and its owner are not responsible for personal belongings, accidents or injuries during the stay.

• We reserve the right to terminate the stay without refund if guests violate house rules or local law.

 

7. Privacy

• We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

• By making a reservation or using the website, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described.

 

8. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

• Any disputes arising from your stay or these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Rovinj, Croatia.
